Virtual Visit: Vedanta Temple in Santa Barbara

Welcome to the Vedanta Temple in Santa Barbara, California, USA.


This is our driveway. Parking is to the left, the temple and
bookstore are to the right.

The temple bell. This antique Chinese ship bell
is rung three times a day at dawn, noon and dusk.

The temple, designed by Lutah Maria Riggs, was built in 1956.


The design was inspired by early South Indian wood temples.
