The retreat will be a day of talks, open discussions, and meditations on the practice of prayer as an effective spiritual discipline.

This retreat is by reservation only, and a small group will be accepted on  a first-come, first-served basis. Please be on time. Lunch is included but you must register with Swami Atmarupananda by calling Trabuco at 949-858-0342. Enrollment is limited.
